Default ID These Pests?

I have unhealthy tomato plants. I don't know why. The guy at the garden shop just says I need to buy more of his expensive fertilizer. Anyway, over the past week these little guys have taken over. There is quite and assortment and I managed to pick a leaf with all of them (or a lot of them anyway). Can anyone identify these buggies?

Aphids. Just hit em with soapy water spray, reapeat twice every 4-5 days. Spray only in the cool part of the day. The white ones in the pucture are aphid mummies.

I plan to release a bag of ladybugs. Will the soapy water hurt them?

Ladybugs would be instead of. You dont need the soapy stuff if you have your garden army at work.
