Rhianna F1
I finally got one ripe fruit from my first Rhianna F1 plant. This is a cherry tomato that is supposed to be red with good vigour and have the Japanese flavor or taste sensation of "Umami". Its tough to judge by the first tomato however i am very pleased with the flavor. It has a nice sweet flavor with actual tomato flavor rather than just sugar. The crazy part is that it actually has a rich savory type flavor/texture like a tomato i have never tasted. It is subtle but is definitely there. I dont quite think that the fruit is red, more of a pink with a very subtle touch of peach. Here is the pic of the first fruit.
