Glad you made it work! We looked into it but our viable roof space is so small that even the big companies don't want to talk to us!

We've managed to get our average monthly costs down so low already that our ROI would take decades to achieve if we bought our own system. Every bulb in the house has been changed to LED, all our appliances are on the newer side and all Energy Star rated, and my husband installed ultra efficient heating and central AC systems. If we had a bigger house with more roof area, I would go with your great advice and purchase the system outright.
