I kicked it out the second year, at that time no one responded to me complaining about its low productivity.
I felt like the little boy in The Emperors New Clothes.
I'm glad to see other good honest gardeners come out of the closet and say it sucks.

If the stink bugs are over wintering in your attic or sheds, get a shop vacuum, put some water in the canister with a few drops of liquid soap or insecticides, then vacuum them into the wet canister. Easy to do and kills them.

You can also use a battery operated dust buster, but the dirt cup has no water so you need to take it off and drop the dirt cup right into a bucket to kill the bugs.

I just read last night somewhere about stink bug traps with an attractant in them.

Poison on the plants dome do any good because they suck juice with their beaks and dont eat any poison.

Then they went on to say that even of you get them all a new swarm can com in.
I hate the things.
My biggest pest here is the stinking stink bugs slimy slugs and fruit boring worms.

KBX was awesome for me last year, great production of fairly nice shaped large fruits. I grew them in 10 gallon containers, they take awhile to get going, but they do pump out the fruit in my greenhouses.
Customers loved them at the markets too, I did not grow enough yellow- orange tomatoes, and only grow KBX, Yellow Brandywine, and Amana Orange, as my favorites in this catagory.

What is the difference between assassin bug and stink bug ?
Once early spring, down in Georgia there were gazillions of them sun bathing. Never saw them later in the summer time.
Once the grey ones had swarmed my pole beans, in GA. Nothing on the tomatoes.
Once in MO, there were thousands of them grey ones on my gurds, but again they did not bother with anything else. And I did not notice any harm on the gurds.

In ideal weather conditions, it's my best performer out of ~1,000 varieties trialed.

I usually transplant out June 1st (with 4 week old seedlings) and first frost is usually about October 1st. KB is the only variety that consistently produces 40+ tomatoes weighing 40 + total lbs. A typical large fruited variety is 15-20 fruit at about 15 lbs total. Fairly rare are any varieties at 30+ tomatoes/30+ lbs.

An assassin bug eats stink bugs.
A stinking stink bug sucks on stuff.

Assassin bug AKA wheel bug.
Do NOT lets this thing bite you.

Tormato, would that be a summer that's not too hot or wet? I am just wondering since I probably create those conditions in the greenhouse, and I was impressed too.

Dont get me wrong I liked the tomato the productivity was bad.
It just isn't a hot weather variety for me.
Some others in the hot Texas south may have better luck.
Never done KBX is it a better producer?
Blossom drop is what kills me.

Correct.

You forgot about a third important factor, a hard wind. Doubly bad if it has horizontal rain to go along with it. Likely none in the greenhouse?
