Photo help

So I was wondering if anyone can help with a few photo questions.
I read through the sticky and it did not address my problems, nor was the search feature helpful.

Basically:

My photos were resized to 640x480 on a dell desktop running windows, and I uploaded to tville.
I can see all my pics fine when on any pc.
On an iPhone 5s the are turned 90 degrees.
On my sons iPad they are just grayed out links, which even show me how many times they were viewed.
For reference, Gerardo's pictures in his thread do all of the above, but one from Ricky in Gerardo's thread is there like normal.

Thoughts?
