A few greenhouse tomatoes
I'm growing in Dutch Buckets using Masterblend, Calcium Nitrate and Epsom Salt.
It's a jungle in there |

Those are Heatwave 2 that I bought last Summer after the rains wiped out my garden, I took suckers and started those in January just to have early tomatoes. They have nothing on the Big Beef Hybrid I grew the year before but it's a homegrown tomato with better taste than the market.

Agreed, MPH is a true inspiration.
Because of him, I bought about 4 dozen, 4 gallon square buckets off craigslist. Unfortunately, that's as far as I got with my dutch buckets this year, but hopefully next year....

The MB last longer than I thought, this is my 2nd year and I still have over half of the 25# bag I started with. |

I'd appreciate it. The reason I didn't get any further is my greenhouse. I just put it up about 2 months ago or so, and it is already too small. Hoping to put up another one or a bigger one this fall

I made an extremely detailed post of the whole process, I hope it answers questions for everyone thinking about starting Dutch Buckets.
