Default Thai long green ggplant has 2 different kinds of flowers?

Do some eggplant varieties have some vestigial form of male and female flowers?

On my Mitoyo and Aswad, all the flowers pretty much look the same.

But on my Thai Long Green, there seem to be 2 types of flowers. One has that very thick, snaky stem and will turn into fruit. Others are more delicate and on branching clusters with very thin stems, and those do not turn into fruit. Is this normal, or is this indicative of a stressed or unhappy plant?
