You dont need strength for canning - the rings should only be finger tight. Most people overtighten and that is a problem too.
I watched this ladies youtube and built up confidence that way. You'll also see thats its pretty easy/repetitious once you get down to the basics...

Worth, I wish she would get back to posting again. She is everything I'm not... affable is the word that comes to mind... I also love her gardening videos.

Yes, that is it! I find it in the section with frozen juice concentrates. It has a frig life of 8 weeks once defrosted.

Her and Bobby(mhpgardener) haven't posted a new video in a while. I miss both of them, they always had something to share about growing.

Thanks folks. I froze whole that first batch and soon my friends will be bringing more and hopefully it will be a bit cooler then and I'll give the canning ideas a try again.

I'm just so tickled to see garden fresh veggies in the freezer for winter. Will be a nice change not to have to buy everything. : )
