What's eating my tomatoe?
Discovered this morning that something is eating my tomatoes....
Saw this catepiler... he was on the same plant... and then saw this irredescent slime that I would guess was left by slugs.... Center bottom leaf So what do you think did the damage, and what should I do about it? |

That hole doesn't look like it was made by a sharp beak, though. It looks chewed. Sorry I don't know what kind of caterpillar that is. Are any of the leaves chewed up?

how big is that tomato? perspective is everything...but when i see damage like that in my garden...i know that ratty is back.
so i bait the rat, and throw away its carcass. then a new rat moves in. |

That tomato is fairly small, the size of a tennis ball. I hope I don't have rats running round the garden!
