My friends with chickens have all learned to hate the animals that eat their chickens, which is a long list of animals. If you can't see yourself shooting that fox, then it's probably best to not have chickens.

If I do have chickens, I would shoot the fox. There is a lot of thought to go into what we do with the garden. I started gardening the year I quit taking all the opioid medicines the pain specialists were prescribing. The garden is therapy for me, but if it won't grow vegetables - I need to replace it with something I can use it for.
