Blisters?`
Look like the blisters I used to get roller skating in junior high. This is my Cherokee Purple and it doesn't roller skate so any other ideas?

They're not low on the plant, and I know what your weather has been like. If it got too much water, I would say it's trying to grow roots, but I don't think that's what it is. I'm interested in finding out what that is too.

Oz, are they hard, or do they feel like they're filled with fluid?

If they're not root initials, try a google for tomato edema.
I had some wierd troubles last year, I think it was because of using peat that had not been properly hydrated. the stuff that's been dried out once, it really doesn't want to get wet ever again. Anyhoo, my opinion, the roots contacted this crazy-hydrophobic peat stuff in the mix, and water troubles were severe in some cases. Affected my peppers too. |
