Sunburn on plant out, how long before it shows?
Getting impatient to plant out, put a couple (I think hardened) test plants out yesterday early and they look fine this morning. Yesterday was full sun all day.
How long does sunburn take to show? Thx |

Looks like 48 hrs for mild burn to show. Plant will totally be fine just some tan at the tips.
Kind of expected it on that one plant, it was under agri fabric and polyethylene, so it didnt get much uv. The plants that were just under the agri fabric are looking good. Now if it would just warm up a bit..... Last edited by Nematode; May 29, 2017 at 01:55 PM. Reason: Add pic |
