I found this plant growing in my yard and I thought it would be great filler for my cut flower bouquets, but I don't know what it is. I'm hoping someone here can help. Thanks!

If cows start eating it the milk will taste like the stuff from what I heard.
We used to call it tickle tongue.
But there are other things called that too.

Rats! It sure looks good though. Do you know which variety of pepperwort it might be? Or do they all cause rashes?

Not a real rash it will just be coming up everywhere.

Ha ha, Worth! You should see my backyard. I'm a gardener, definitely not a landscaper. I've got Spiderwort, periwinkle, Virginia Creeper and who knows what else coming up everywhere. I don't spray anything since the chickens and puppy hang out in the backyard most of the day. It's going to turn into a jungle soon with all this rain!
