09/11: A cooking class entitled "Tomato, Tomaaahto?" will be held at the Brothers Moon, 7 W Broad St, Hopewell. 7 PM; $40. For reservations call 609-333-1330.

I think it would be cool to learn how to adjust recipes for different type of
tomatoes.... Some are meatier, and some are jucier than others. It would
be good to understand how those differences should be dealt with in various
recipes.... sort of a-la Alton Brown style scientific explanations....
