Thanks folks for the links - they are very helpful.
Steve - have you ever been in a Greenhouse in Sacramento in August? The project is to mist the plants with cooled water so they wont burn up in the intense heat. Raybo |

Cole,
The fan misters in the photo at Bush Gardens is Exactly what we are trying to replicate. The photo link is labeled "mistermister" but a web search turns up no Company with that name. Any idea of where I might source something like these? Thanks, Raybo |

Honestly, I just remember them because I used to live down the street from Busch Gardens and usually had a season pass. I found that pic with google images.
Try this link and explore the different URLs: https://www.google.com/search?tbm=is....0.6r2WmpFRyEU |

This might be what you want. Page 37, the Netafim vibro-net misters. Most likely would hang them from 1/2 tubing. You will also need a punch tool to make the hole in the tubing to snap the dripper assembly into it. You would have to hang at least three runs of tubing on 5 foot centers to get 20' of coverage width, as the largest diameter of coverage is 4-6'. If you wanted to guarantee full coverage, you would do for lines on 5' centers.
You would hang a mister assembly every 3 feet along each line. https://www.rainfloirrigation.com/wp...ages-37-38.pdf Netafim also has true fogger: http://www.netafimusa.com/greenhouse...ation/foggers/ This link has layout and specs for spacing etc. Video of vibro-net mister: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=as_V0X7j-KE Video of coolnet fogger: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=PQOPuBsSwfw Last edited by PureHarvest; April 18, 2018 at 11:38 AM. |

Pureharvest,
Those links are very helpful. The CoolNET solution is exactly what would fit the project. Just need to calculate head spacing to give the necessary coverage. Thank you, Raybo |

I don't know what generation Marnar you sent me, but it was superb, and I am growing out seeds I saved from the ones you sent me. Sorry about the subject jump on your sprinkler thread.
