I quit them a half dozen years back. There's a thread here that addresses this issue. Lots of deception and broken promises in their advertising. I just don't think they're worth the hassle and stress of trying to get an order correct. I recall problems with not receiving the correct item as well.

I ordered from them before free shipping but CBSA charged me CAD 14.26 for import fees.

I quit them years ago.
My recent mistake with HarrisSeed...still back ordered from a November 23rd order. The exact seed is still listed in their catalog. Take your money and make you wait....? Stress is the key. I don't need that or ignored e-mails. Because I ordered bulk 1 pound seed they want me to accept a refund rather than give the bulk price agreed upon.
