garlic to share?
Placing this in both forums of wanted varieties and here.
I am looking to replenish a lost garlic season for a soon to be family member. She lost her entire garlic crop this year and had 24 varieties in it. can anyone help me replace any variety you have for her? If there are multiples offers of help for one variety I will let you know that one has been sent. I will send you postage, just pop me your address and amount you need or think for it. thanks

Wish I could help, Carolyn, but I know we can't ship garlic to the States.
I'm wondering what happened to her crop? |

Well with all the rain and flooding we have had its been terrible but the relationship she had with the person who owned the land wanted more than ... well, she wasn't willing to sell her soul for it. so she had to make a sacrifice to mot compromising her self and her integrity ... so, all her varieties were left behind when she walked away.

Sad to hear it... You'd think that someone who lets land to farmers would also be understanding about a bad year!

I just dug my elephant garlic and have extra bulbils I'd be glad to send if she would like to try some. The first year they will make rounds and the second they should head. PM the address and I'd be glad to send some to a good home!

I can send Romanian Red, Chesnock Red, Music, Thai Fire, and Tzan.
How many bulbs of each is she looking to get? Are 1.5” size ok? I’m not worried about shipping, just pm me her address and give me an idea of how many. Thai Fire and tzan would be limited. |

Phila, I don't have any idea if she is looking for elephant garlic. I do have a little bit of that I can share with her though if she is looking for it. No other labled garlic but I do have that.
