Check with your local communities. A large community near me picks up trees and branches after storms as well as raked and bagged organic refuse. They cut, grind, and mix everything and turn it into very good compost which is then sold to residents for about $30.00 per pickup load. The composting facility is usually located near the solid waste facility in most communities.
