Interesting idea, "I may grow them indoors as a houseplant". "I have them in an old ice chest now with holes drilled in the bottom for drainage." Never thought of that. Potato variety planted? What did you use for potting mix and what was the watering schedule? Are they under lights or just in a sunny room. Very interested in your results. So, your plan is to overwinter potato plants?
