Noooooo, those aren't mine. The horses, that pasture and another 70 acres of pasture and ponds that surround this property on three sides belongs to a nice guy who lives about 3 miles away. Hill, I'll probably have to use the "wallow out a hole and step in it" method. That entails taking a pole, sticking it down in the vines and then moving it in an enlarging circle until there's bare ground to be seen. Then you step in that clear spot and wallow out your next step hole.

I love the wallow out a hole thing!! I've grown red rippers - such good gravy from them!- and my other favorite, Lady cream peas.
