Asparagus Bean/ Yardlong bean

Harvested some of my Asparagus beans this morning. A lot more flowers are opening also. Have several flowers on the Fortex beans as well. The Asparagus beans were 17 inches to 48 inches long. Some will also be purple and red. You don't boil them but just wash them and cut them up to eat fresh or stir fry them with your favorite Asian dish.
