Green Bee - recipe suggestions?

I know Green Bee is a fairly new creation, but hoping others may have grown it and found creative ways to use it in recipes. My plant has about three trusses worth of ripe fruit at this point (and many more unripe), and am trying to decide how to use them. Pickled is one option, but looking for others. I know they'll keep for several months, so I have plenty of time to figure it out...
