good pudding recipe
That's a nice recipe. Wonderful texture to it. I plan to make that many times. I added pumpkin spices, which for me is:
1/4 t cloves 1/2 t nutmeg 1 t ginger 1-1/2 t or 2 t cinnamon May drop the sugar to 1-1/2 c next time, but it was pretty good with 2 c. It took about 65 minutes at 350f in convection oven, then dropped to 300 for 15 minutes more. Stirred many times. Next time, probably set to lower temp for this oven.
