Default liquid Sulfur and a Humectant,,

Has anyone done this process? Its author comments that it is ecological and maximum efficiency against chemical pesticides, thanks,

I have not tied it but am interested. Where I live my water is hard and soft water is expensive. Yucca wetting agent is inexpensive and so are insecticides.
