I will cut the 2 big ones tonight before I squeeze the seeds out.

Here's the big one cut in half. It was late and I forgot to take pics of the first one. Pretty solid, not many seeds. Juice and gel was in the center while it was solid on the top and bottom. Ate one while standing over the sink, lol. Love the taste of her. Nice old time refreshing taste! Flavor lingered.

The other pic was after skinning getting ready for sauce. Like how those 5 took up the bowl. I'll male Shannon's sauce from them with no other tomato put in it. No doubt it tastes different!

Seed will be ready in a few days.

Greg

Wow, nice! Greg, thank you for posting the pics. I'm really looking forward to trying these. Thank you again for sending me seeds from them. No rush getting them out and if I can help you out with anything please let me know.

Greg-very excited about Shannon's this year. It was wispier plant and a little slow to take off, but now she is purring right along! Are this year's crop as big as the 2019 tomatoes?

hl2601, She's a wispy one for sure! And droopy at times but that's her!
I'll take a pic or two of what I got so far. So far so goos with her here in N.C.
