Great looking list and do you grow all of those at home, especially with the Dwarf ones with several each.

Just a few comments.

Black Striped Heart Cherry has had a couple of name changes and I have it as Black Striped Heart,no cherry , and it's not a heart it's a small oval and IMO the taste is great.Interested in knowing your seed source on this one if possible,

IS Heart is one I first listed in an annual seed offer here and results were mixed as to heart shape.JLJ and Marsha were going to grow out each others seeds as well as seeds from Marina in Russia who got the best looking hearts, but I haven't heard back from Marina on this one so at this point I'm still calling it not entirely stable

You list Spike.I have it as Spike's Belly Button. How about seed source on this one as well, if possible

Negrillo de Almoguera, I remember looking up this one for someone, just did again inthe 2015 SSE YEarbook, and listed by Terry but also listed in the SSE YEarbook by Ilex from Spain, whose description is a bit different and says purple crunchy flesh, which did get me smiling as well as saying Brix 5.8,which is a pretty low number for aBrix value.

Many yearsago Jeff McCormack, who then owned SESE got many varieties from Russia,I grew most of them and one was the Belyi Naliv you listed. I'm going to wait to see what you thought of it.

Spike and Spike's Red Belly Button are two very different tomatoes.

Here is the seed source for Spike

Hi Carolyn! I only grow in my suburban backyard. At one time, the whole yard was garden to over 200 plants, but I've cut down considerably due to health.

Fred is right about Spike and he is the source. Marsha was the source of the Indian Stripe PL so I could compare with the other Indian Stripe and if I got hearts, report to her and send seed.

Black Stripe Heart was from the MMMM seed swap and unfortunately I don't know the source but glad to hear you liked it.

Negrillo de Almoguera is also from the seed swap. I'll keep an eye on it and report back in a harvest thread.

Oh no, you've got me worrying about Belyi Naliv! Really though, I have one favorite early tomato that will set fruit in the high 30's (which is as low as it ever gets here), so I plant it extra early every year along with 2 or 3 new ones to compare. If the new one is at least as sturdy and a 7.5 (to me) taste under colder conditions, it will win a spot for the next year.

Good to hear from you again.

Thanks Fred and the other one is just Spike's Belly Button, patty showed a picture above, said it was from larry Watson of PA, I think, found that in 2014 he was in OH and also found he hadn't posted here at Tville since 2014

Actually he's a retired engineer and PDF I down loaded showed me that was running for PREZ at a Lakedside organization in OH.

No need to compare IS heart with any other IS as in Rl or PL,since that won't help at all.Since I'm the one trying to coordinate growouts of IS Heart since I was the first to list it I really would appreciate it if you would also let me know your results,Marsha and JLJ can't really do any comparisons until I hear back from Marina.

The Black Striped Heart was sent to the MMMm trade by patty with whom I'm in contact with since we have some other things to discuss. This past Fall Patty had sent me two boxes of fruits, the first had big ones and the second one was all small sized ones and the Black Striped Heart was one of them and that's how I got to taste it.

You'll just have to see how that Belyi one does for you since as you know the earliest ones don't have much taste and there is one of the Siberian ones, there are two, that I think others like better

Good to hear from me again? I'm here several times a day and the only time I'm not here is if I'm in an ambulance on the way to the hospital,or in the hospital or Mr Fifield is driving me in my car to an MD appt, but not in the winter,so I try hard not to fall in the winter here inside my home.

Thanks for the information on Black Striped Heart, Carolyn. I'll add that to my database. I hate not knowing where seed came from.

I'm growing Indian Stripe RL and PL to compare, Indian Stripe Heart is only to see if the heart shape shows up under my conditions. Will be sure to let you know and also send seeds if you like.

By "good to hear from you", I meant me personally, not as in response to others. Also, please DO NOT fall again, lol, and I'll try to do the same since I've fallen twice, but not as bad as you
