"Yellow" Bumble Bee is Sunrise Bumble Bee. It is due out at the end of this year. When and where exactly to be determined.

Yay, thank you for posting about this. I have been camping your website for the Pink Bumblebee, figured I'd missed my chance this year! So happy to see them back in stock.

I have a very long "want to try" list and at the very top is Sunrise Bumblebee! I cannot wait to order seed for it! Blue stripes over pink looks so beautiful- gotta add this new tomato to my list.

My pink bumblebee has fruit. Can't wait to taste it. The purple and sunrise
will be on next years list. |

Fred and company should be happy to know that purple bumblebee has made its way to rural Northeast Goergia in the form of a Californian grown assortment of small tomatoes for sale at a local grocery store.
I had mixed emotions since we just harvested and ate our first bumblebess a week ago and here it pops up in the grocery store, but we didn't ship it across the country, and I know every input. Regardless, it was neat to see it. Looking forward to Sunrise BB. Sent from my SCH-I915 using Tapatalk 2

Did the package say it was Purple Bumble Bee?
Who was the grower? I am not aware of any growers out here growing the bumble bees. Certainly not ones that would ship across country. I'm very curious! |

No it didnt. And I'm sure there are plenty of lookalikes coming along, but it was too small for a vernissage and had the nipple end like the Purple B

Thanks a million for the photo!
I am almost positive that it is not Purple BB. There are a couple similar varieties floating around out here. Interesting, none the less! Thanks again. |
