Gerardo, we're supposed to be getting 4 inches of rain this coming week. What about your tomatoes splitting? Or is that only when it's been hot and then rains?

I'll pick the ones that are ready or almost ready. Most of the tomatoes are the last ones for this batch of plants, so it should be ok.

About to cull most of them, do my build, and then plant out my winter children (small & stocky).

Gonna set out my rain barrels. .

Default Pre-emptive harvest, rain forecast for the next 4-5 days.

Low quality pic from my phone, apologies. Of note, Bushy Chabarovsky at 1, a lone SOO right below them at 2:45 and another in the middle, a fair amount of Odorikos at 4-5, cluster of Pierce's Pride at 6, a couple of Dester and a few Nicky Crain at 7, and others including: Siccagno di Valledolmo, Pearls of Wisdom, Pink Berk TD, Tasm Choc, Mano, Alcara Pink, Couilles de Taureau, and Cole.

Winter tomatoes are working out nicely.

Anything else you'd like to say about people in their late 70's being headstrong and I don't mean just with carpentry/

Carolyn, to be 77 next June or is that still too young. And of course I accept your very sincere apology as you knew I would .

Very Happy and cute looking little boy of yours, but why is he wearing a typical Peruvian hat?
