Quote:
Is the Sunvia an Heirloom Cherry Tomato? I would like to try "Henry's Sunshine" because they are smaller than the White Cherry Tomatoes Heirloom Tomatoes.

Sunviva is a new breeding.
'Sunviva' was developed as part of the organic outdoor tomato project at the University of Göttingen under the direction of Dr. Bernd Horneburg. In 2017, it received its variety approval and became the world's first tomato with an open source seed license. Henry's Sunshine is a new breeding from Ted Maiden. In the next letter I will do a few seeds from it. |

Happy Veteran's Day Everyone, Amen!!
Hello Anneliese I am so thankful for all the Tomato Seeds you sent me. I have Successfully DRIED your Sunvira Yellow Cherry Tomatoes. I have been trying to Dry Tomatoes Naturally for years; which was taught to my people by Native Americans for Winter Food Supply souses in front of Fort Monroe. This "Tomato Drying Process" was taught and used by both of my Great-grandfathers who were a Contraband Slave from North Carolina and my other Great-grandfather was an Irish immigrant from South Carolina. I will have pictures to post one day. I guess the "Thin Tomato Skins of your Sunrviva Cherry Tomatoes" made it possible to dry out naturally and keep its pure yellow color. Maybe it is not so bad "I cannot study the Law anyone more.
