Up and Running!
Hi All!
Planted my first Earthtainers with Transplants in early April and they are off to a great start! The small plants are those I grew from Seed this year! Looks like the Super Sweet 100 are already forming nice fruit and the Yellow Pear, Sun Gold, Better Boy, and Mr. Stripley are putting out nice blossoms. I'm gardening in Northern California and our weathers been in the 80's in Feb, back to 60's and 70s in March and April, and now 60's again with chilly nights. Hoping for a bit of rain and some "normal" weather! Looking forward to seeing and sharing more pics! |

First blush of the spring...
I plant Super Sweet 100 because I can always depend on it to show me some red less than 60 days after I start getting things outside. This was planted March 17th...

I've gotten a few cherry tomatoes so far but these are my first full sizers to start blushing. Carmello on the left and Cherokee Purple on the right. The CP and the largest Carmello are about 3.5 inches across.

My first go with DWC hydroponic tomato plant
A few pictures to show results of effort started a few days before April 6th, 2015.
The picture of me standing next to the plant was taken yesterday! DSCF7763.JPG DSCF7774.JPG DSCF7766.JPG DSCF7559.JPG |
