That would be Valerian and here are the ones that he sent me with long histories and variety traits for each one.

Regarding the new seeds, their names are

1.Sangeorgiu de Mures
2.Queen Marbena
3.Aurora de Constanta
4.Uriase de Tulcea
5.Grase de Calina

And all of these will go out to my seed producers for this summer.

And before that he sent me these, which I still haven't been able to list in my seed offer and he recently said that there was a major problem with Michaela's Pink and was looking for the seeds that he knew were right. Here are the ones he sent me before and seeds have been produduced and will be in my eventual seed offer, and I know he also sent these to some others as well

1. Garden Red Pride - indet, midseason, red beefsteak, 12 - 15 oz, productive and tasty, No chemicals used excepting copper sulfur, at least in the last 15 years I have it in my garden
2. Michaela's Pink - indet, midseason, pink beefsteak, 12-15oz. I have it from Michaela, my primary school colleague. It is over 20 year old in Michaela's garden
3. Moms'Heart - my oldest heirloom, over 40 years old in the garden, inherited from my mother - indet, midseason, dark red heart, about 4-6oz, very tasty. No chemicals used excepting copper sulfur, at least in the last 40 years
4. Pink Delice - indet, midseason, pink heart, 5-8oz. I have it from one of my neighbor. I grow it for 13-16 years, but it has a longer history in the area. No chemicals used excepting copper sulfur, at least in the last 25 years

So I'm not sure right now what to do with the Michaela's Pink since he said the wrong ones were sent out.

No need to apologize at all, but when all those folks at GW were set to name it, while I thought I knew as much background as I could, I didn't know what to call the good folks of the various islands that comprise the Azores so I Googled to find that out and just did it again to fetch this link which gave me my answer.

There are about half a dozen that I am growing or have grown them in the past.

This year the wife and I have sparred a bit on my ability to manage everything, but a man has to have something to do to add some value to life. Even if I have to slink down to my knees, I will have my tomatoes. This year I have reduced my list to
Kellogg's, Big Beef, Sudduth's Brandywine, and Altai. Now to find the best seed starter mix!

Forget about the overhead lights there is a better solution, but yes, Freda told me all about the remote stuff, and the overheads were put in with no cord, and a switch to my left has two switches, one for the overhead here and one for the closet light. And with my walker I can't get over tothose switches

A lot has happened since yesterday and I'll be brief. the computer could get me to the desktop but the mouse arrow wouldn't move...now skipping a bit... so called Wayne my computer guy and friend and he said my computer had gone to SLEEP, ahem, and via phone told me what to do, ...skipping more....and I was successful of getting it up and the mouse working but no red belly on the mouse.

Called Wayne, as he asked me to do, told him I was back online, that about 7 PM last night and asked him about a lighted keyboard and within 15 min he emeded me back with a link to one that I could get backlighted in blue or red or purple and also asked him if it would be a good idea to get a new mouse as well.

He emed me back and said the new keyboard would be here Tuesday and yes, he thought it would be a very good idea to get a new mouse and he would do so.

I'd never heard of a sleeping computer, ahem, but he said yes, it can and does happen, but for me never before. And when Freda came today she said her DIL who has a very responsible postition with a major bank in the area has had that happen several times.

So fingers crossed I'm glad to be back online since a lot of my tomato data is stored in em's here as well as my Global Mod positions here and at idig as well as answering questions at both places when I think it might help.
