Here's a group shot.
Peppers growing slow...resisting urge to feed them. I will never use anything but fox farm ocean forest when potting up. Awesome results this yr. |

Started from seed on February 1, 2017 and grown in nothing but composted horse manure, shredded leaves, and a lot of coffee grounds. |

Thanks I started the seeds in jiffy pellets, and they were good, then I transplanted to individual cups that were filled with very fine compost from my compost pile. Forty five days after starting the seeds, I planted out around March 15. Our LFD here is April 7, but I always plant two to three weeks earlier. By "always," I mean the last three years. I have a double lot and have transformed the side yard into about 35 beds with drip irrigation. The beds are open bottomed and filed with very, very little dirt, if any, composted, aged horse manure, shredded, dry leaves, grass clippings and a ton of Starbucks' coffee grounds that I used to get on almost a daily basis for about 2 or 3 months. I nosed to get about 20 to 30 pounds of coffee grounds everyday. So I went all lasagna technique on the beds The plants seem to be doing very well and flowering very well as well. Some already started to set fruit. Indian Stripe PL is the first to set fruit (today). Hope this helps. |

I forgot to say that I live in Lawrenceville, Gwinnett County. John's Creek is about 20 minutes from where I live (2 miles from the Mall of GA).

I have no more seedlings. Everything is planted out gradually, starting March 7, ending April 10.
Here are couple of long shot from my garden . The second picture shows my early ones.

I stagger the the sow dates so I have replacement plants for hail damage and giveaways. Plus 90% germination on most varieties, Mat-Su Express has been tough for me, planted upwards of 24 seeds and have 4 up. Three from Mark's plant 11 and 0ne from Cole's seed. I've got more of these sowed in DE and will see if that makes any difference. DE is probably my highest percentage sow material, but not the easiest to split and pot up. I usually plant 4 seeds to a cell, cull to 2 and transfer one of them.
