that is terrible. Glad she/he found some love from you. This dog is thet best... incase I forgot to mention it. she never barks, either. except at a cat or a vermin on the deck during the night... I am already fretting at her loss when the time comes. I wish the "breeder" would have another litter but I don't think she will. sometimes I regret having her spayed but I have no idea how I would get rid of a litter of pups. I would want to keep them all. and here would be Kevin

She has that I'm the sweetest girl in the world look.. In 72 my sister and I drove up in the canyon to look at Irish Setter pups. We were in my 58 MGA and she got sick from the curvy road.. I picked up the runt of the litter with the big sad eyes and my sister said, you're not leaving here without her huh.. She was almost human !. Only better! .. she got out in Arizona and a neighbor kept her all day. Later he told me he raised setters and had never seen one as calm as her
Jimbo .

Jimbo... she is. I had a dream she growled and that is funny. I took her to the vet a few years ago and even he remarked "she makes me want another one". He asked me if she bites and I think it was a test for me not her. I said " she is a dog. I supposed if you were able to provoke her enough she would" he just quietly smiled. she loves to go in there to see them, too. she just doesn't do well with seeing other dogs... play play play is all she thinks is going to happen.

Our girl took a biscuit off the platter one morning and my wife scolded , " Buffy!"!!!. She held the biscuit gently in her mouth for five minutes while we were laughing!. From then on it was, " Buffy wouldn't bite a hot biscuit ".. Later, when the children came along and got rough with her the most she would do was get up and move. She lived to 15. . Jimbo

that is funny. Maya doesn't take from the counter or table either... except once she stole a home bone I was making something with while I was canning. I left it to go outside for something... maybe to wait on a customer or something.... I never did see where she hid it until it was gone... she must have practically swallowed it whole or I was outside much longer than I thought... which was probably the truth.

My other mop is getting the boot.
I have always hated wringing it out by hand.

She looks so much like Minnie. Just a little ... smokier.

At the moment Minnie hates the house. She sleeps outside when she can (she's passed out on the balcony now). And I have to yell at her to stop her from begging at the door so we can go to bed. But this too shall pass.

48 feet of solid aluminum bar 5/8X2X12.
I have no idea what I have gotten myself into and it was my idea.
They will probably fire me if it doesn't work.
