My grandma told me that a quick rinse of most earthbound foods are enough as not to remove a majority of nutrients.Sanitary practices and the law mandates procedures and rightfully so.Most of my eatin is off the vine(if you will)a breast shirt wipe ,maybe a garden hose quick rinse if close enough,otherwise.....
