Thanks, I never knew that! Gross! I have been eating these for the past 2 seasons and could not get a taste for them. I grow flat leaf italian parsley.

The root parsley is very similar to growing carrots. It is a nice addition to stew, but I don't think I would eat them raw or with anything else either. I am not sure I have eaten them any other way. come to think of it.
