One point five pounds (1.5) of fresh asparagus was cut today. The shoots are of excellent quality. Some of the thinner stalks are allowed to grow. |

When poking around the internet for a deal for Millenium roots, I came across another possible University of Guelph option.
The Gurneys hyped up exclusive, Asparabest, is patented by University of Guelph. Does anyone have any comparative info on this variety. Is there a chance that is the same variety renamed for sale in the U.S. by Gurneys (hmm that never happens at Gurneys ) - Lisa |
