Spun plastic row cover would probably give you enough protection to get your plants through the cold. You can just drape it over the plants. 2 liter bottles full of water placed strategically thoughout the greenhouse might be helpful. Anything you can put around the greenhouse that absorbs heat during the day and that will release it at night would be good. It's a problem we face up here in the Pacific Northwest every year until we get some real heat. Good luck.
