I had to dig a little to find any information on and found very little. I certainly had no expectations from the name that it would be an elongated fruit. I actually thought that it was a mistake of some sort until I dug further and saw that its should be an elongated fruit. To me it is a typical elongated fruit, few seeds, not juicy, good for salsa and salads etc.

Thanks Greg for your input. Have to say that you have 5 or 6 that I've never heard of, even after more than 35 yrs of tomato growing. Curious as to how Dr. Lyle did ?
