We trialed some Lavender Parching corn last year, Irena liked it, we're gonna try growing a regular crop of it this year.

The only corn I have is a bag full of Double Red, a Peace Seedling. It's dark red and really wrinkled. No way that will be edible when parched thought I, but I read Carole's article and put some in the microwave.
They puffed up smooth and are good to eat. Amazing. |
