She pulled that years ago when she described Cherokee Purple as something "gardeners can finally grow again due to the fall of the iron curtain" or some BS like that. It is the most caveat emptor seed company I've seen (well, with the exception of one I won't mention!)

Orange Russian and Orange Russian 117 are 2 different varieties.

At least according to someone in a group on FB. 1 is a flat beef and 2 is a heart. It is possible that Tomatobase has it wrong. With all the varieties she lists there have been a few mistakes.

But I or that person on FB could be mistaken too.

Tatiana has the correct descriptions for both and even a mention that they are two different varieties.
