Well I'm Italian,mother from Bari and father's parents from Sicily.I had that for Christmas dinner.I used 80/20 ground beef,very good cheese,parsley,breadcrumbs from stale Italian bread,onion(fresh).Might be a few other things.My wife mixed it all up this last few times we made it.It's my mom's recipe.
