Are these really tomatoes? - Page 2

Well, I don't know what I have but they are definitely not Burgess Lemon. They haven't grown up and don't know if you can see or not, but they still have a faint stripes on them.

They are cute if you don't mind picking teeny tiny bunches of tomatoes as small or smaller than a dime.

The plant is really productive. Both plants are loaded with the tiny tots.

I haven't tried one yet for taste as I am not sure when I should pick it. I don't know if it is done or not. If this is its final color or if it will change some more.

Tess's Landrace Currant maybe?

Tracydr ....I don't know about variety exactly, but it is possible it could be that Tess's Landrace you mentioned.

Thank you so much for identifying what type of tomato I have.

I've never seen or grown a currant before. The idea that this was a currant and why they were not getting bigger never crossed my mind.

Now I can quit thinking about sending them off to a body building class and enjoy them for the type they are.

The size and shape are right for Cerise Orange, but the color was a little deeper orange for me, not quite so yellow. Whatever they are, they're very pretty!

Not the Tess landrace one which was deliberately bred and rarely does one get a yelow fruited one, note that 5 different varieties were bred into the Tess one.

And if a cuurant one there are quite a few that are yellow and several of them, as I recall , were offered via the SSE catalog, probably the same in my SSE 2015 Yearbook as well.
