Yes, I've grown it and best IMO to just forget about it, nothing special.

Italian Tree Tomato just refers to tall it has been grow, and nothing more and nothing special either.

And now for a few links about the epcot one in FL and the first link I think is the best one.

I forgot one link about the Italian one which notes what it is like..

There is definitely still a tomato tree at Epcot. I just saw it a month or two ago. I'm planning on going back soon for their "Behind the Seeds" tour.

Did you know that EPCOT stands for Experimental Prototype Community of Tomorrow?

See what you can get if you don't hack up the plant and remove stems all the time. I don't think that one looks like they pruned it down to one main stem.

I also grew Trip-L-Crop a few times. It produces adequate tasting tomatoes of the 8 to 12 oz class in containers and if you grow it in the ground, the average size will be about 3 oz higher.

I would have a plant like that if I had a greenhouse.

Yes, although most of Walt's vision for it ended up being built decades later in the nearby town of Celebration instead. You can see the original model for EPCOT inside Space Mountain.

They have some very interesting things going on inside The Land, which is half greenhouse/half boat ride. They offer a "Behind the Seeds" tour of the greenhouse which I'm hoping to do this winter (I have an annual pass). I will definitely post photos here afterward!

LOL ContainerTed!
My plants might grow that high if it wasn't for the Finnish winter and arctic weather.. currently -25 C outside.
Too bad the seasonal changes interefere with gardening.
