It's been my complete pleasure to host the project here and I'm very, very proud of Craig, Patrina and all of our members involved with it!
Kudos to you all - you've opened up the opportunity for millions of people with limited space to be able to grow many different varieties of open-pollinated tomatoes... and they're tomatoes bred for great taste. The future looks very bright for this noble project. I can't wait to see how popular these new releases become!

Great news got my order in and will be ordering Summertime Green once it becomes available. Gas prices were making my trip down to NC to visit Craig at the Farmers Market most painful.... now I can just order seeds and buy some beer and celerbrate and roast some Zweigles White Hot Dogs. Now if Ray would lend me his hottub I'd be set to enjoy summer!!!

I too would like to congratulate all the players in the Dwarf Project. I got a chance last year to see the fruits of your labor as Sue (AKgardengirl) asked me If I would do a side by side grow out of Grumpy F5 and Yukon Quest F5. The pictures tell the story. These plants were defoliated by a hail storm in early June and then went through temps of 95-100 degrees F. the first 2 weeks of July. These photo's were taken the first two weeks of September. I also put in my order with Victory seed and am anxiously awaiting for the other seed vendors to make the rest of the initial batch of varieties available. Ami

Congratulations Craig and Patrina, and all the participants! And thanks to Mischka for TVille and the opportunity to do this here! Really nice-sense of accomplishment, where we all worked together to do something really cool!

Finally got the time to order the 3 dwarf tomatoes from Victory, but they are already out of Dwarf Emerald Giant. I can hardly wait until the others are available, too.

Ami, I enjoyed your pics of those very productive Grumpy-family dwarfs! They certainly proved their ability to handle tough conditions I found the same with Bundaberg Rumball from the Grumpy line - it pumps them out no matter what is thrown at them, so I'm plodding along with them each season.

For anyone on Tville who plan on growing out the first CV dwarfs - your feedback is ESSENTIAL - and it must be HONEST, please! What you like, don't like, did they grow to description, etc. I will ensure all feedback is combined and shared with the offering company for future selections/improvements.
We are in uncharted territory - a wholly amateur, volunteer-based effort that ended up in the creation of new varieties - so there is no expectation of perfection...we are all learning, and will continue to learn...and whatever we learn will be applied to future methods and releases. Pretty exciting stuff, though!
