How much stranger is this than peanut butter and jelly? Not much.

So I will try it. Not that it doesn't worry me a bit, but I will anyway. So many people say it's good.

It took me a year to work up the guts to try eggplant parmesan, and it became one of my favorite things. What the heck.

For tomatoes....sliced and a bit of salt and pepper. But for best sandwich is fried bologna and mustard!

I think Ted, is pulling our legs. But, anyhow..You know what is really good. A fresh off the grill hamburger, with a big dollop of peanut butter. The peanut butter oozes over everything..You can also put a thin layer of mayo on the bottom of the bun. So, bun, mayo, hot hamburger, peanut butter, yummy.. I dare anyone to try it, and not like it.

My kids love strawberry jam on hamburgers. Ugg... then again... the best way to eat macaroni & cheese is to scoop it up with a dill pickle chip!!!

Nope!!!! Today, I was out fishing with my great-nephew and my brother. My lunch consisted of a Little Debbie Nutty Bar and a Peanut Butter and Spam sandwich. Diet Mountain Dew was the drink of choice.

I'm really serious about all the above posts. Sometimes I'll stand at the kitchen bar and eat bread & butter pickles right from the jar dipped into the peanut butter. It's hard to get the peanut butter to stick to the wet pickles but worth the hassle. No kidding here.

I'm gonna try it when my tomatoes come in, which is a long ways off. Today I ate a PB&J with homemade strawberry jam and homemade bread. Best PB&J I ever had. It doesn't sound so crazy to me to sub tomato for the jam/jelly part. Kinda makes sense. Not sure about the pepper. They may have lost me there.

I've had some thai food before with a peanut sauce with tomatoes in it, it was good, was a little hesitant at first about the combination, but I liked it.
