Thanks! We'll see how well my early plant out feature for this design works. The inner set of rafters is just laying in the hangers so they can be lifted out, and another set of joist hangers is going to be screwed on about 30 inches up between the posts themselves. That way I can quickly move the runners down to the lower post hangers and they'll form the peak of a tent for covering the plants without having to mess with storing something to use for hoops. I don't tie them up for several weeks after plant out anyway so I don't need them up above until then.

Too much time on my hands during the long winters here; even my kids call me obsessed and I don't disagree.

I miss dcarch, he sure used to be a prolific poster with lots of great ideas.
Your kids will enjoy their play house immensely, and I envy your wood working talent!
