Spatz's List
You're sounding chipper Saptzola.
Great list. Can you post a pic, as you have done in the past, of your rolling hills with some of the tomato babies on the window sill and the sheep in the background somewhere? Just so I can dream. I will have to bludge some Cherokee Chocolate seeds as I haven't grown it for two years and actually prefer it to Cherokee Purple. I know this doesn't make sense, but it appears more productive for me. Tasmanian Blushing Yellow - another one I want to grow. Whippersnapper? What are you thinking? Quote:

I have to confess, I planted two seedlings in pots yesterday. With this nice weather and all the extra seedlings I have I just couldn't resist any longer. Who knows I might just be eating fresh tomatoes in November
Spatz, I would love to see those pictures Grub's talking about. |

LOL. Go for it eh. I too have been tempted to plant a couple outside but then I think, "idiot, you have 24 planted out in the greenhouse, so wait". Then common sense kicks in (not at all common here).
I am really excited now, as I got home yesterday to find an airmail envelope in the letterbox from Michael in the motherland. It contained two packets of Michaels Portuguese Monster seeds. Have a look in the Available for Trade forum at Micheal Jonhsons post. Near the bottom he describes where he got the seeds. I am preparing a large hole with compost and other goodies for this baby. |

Well, common sense went out the window and I planted out an Aunt Ginny that I have been coaxing along and hardening off.

That would be ok if we can get some rain with it eh. Looks like cool weather and possible showers for the next week. Got 3mm last night. Pathetic isn't it.
Go Aunt Ginny, and yours of course |

Grubsy, haven't had time for the picture yet. Maybe tomorrow.
Haha, I haven't cracked yet. No seedlings in pots or the ground. But I was thinking of sowing more tomatoes. Oh dear! |

Aussies?
Looking forward to seeing the pics Spatz. You have a postcard setting for sure.
BTW: Where are the other Aussie tomato heads: Ray, Adam, Finbar (Italy and busy I believe), Craig in SA, Pepino, et al? |

Looking good Spatz. You've got lots of work in front of you there. Are they peppers in the bigger pots? If so , they are well ahead of mine. Sowed them way early to try and get a head start, but doesn't seem to have worked. Anyhoo, here's a couple of pics
The jungle is growing: Two sturdy New Big Dwarfs in a self watering tub. Jack loves to get in the shots :-) Aunt Ginny about to give birth, as are the other 6 early's I started back on May 7th: |

Great Shots
Looking good. I'll add to this soon.
Meanwhile, Mantis, how much do you charge for your seedlings? We'd like to know, as per our questions in the thread below titled: I Hope Did Some Good Today. |

20 mm of rain last night and this morning but article in the local paper says we are looking at water restrictions at stage 4 or 5 with no garden watering allowed at all.
