I loved the flavor of Polish. I may not be the best judge though because it was my first year growing heirlooms. It was earlier than BrandyBoy and Brandywine (which frost got to before they ripened) and ripened earlier than Green Zebra. The only plants that produced sooner were Oregon Spring, San Marzano, and some cherries. The plant seemed to take the heat and the cooler temps.I liked the taste better than Brandy Boy. I got my seeds from Earl, who was very generous to a newbie like me, and his Polish was so awesome, it sold me on growing heirlooms. I believe he got his from Heirloom Seeds. If you check over in the gallery there is a thread on Polish. There are some pictures and a lot of praise.
I would definately try it if I were you!!! I have some seeds I saved last year. I could send you some, although I didn't bag blossoms or isolate the plants.
