Septoria doesn't always come that low. could you take a lence and check those spots on the upper leaf side- it should be gray in center, dark margins, also if the spot is mature enough it should have a smal ''bump'' caused by fungus massive growth in the central area.

yes, you can spray the copper anyway, but i would wait for a 7 days interval from the first mancozeb application and then go with the mixture ( the synergetic effect of mixture is made when the two are mixed at the same time, copper ions have some funny standards of activity ). anyway, once you mix the stuff, leave in it the tank for a while, stir up a couple of times, and apply after.

Maybe some of the spots look gray in the center, but the spots seem to "eat through" and make a hole. Well I hope it's "just" septoria. If so, I guess the mancozeb should work.
Unfortunately, after a few possibly dry days, lots more rain is coming it looks like
Any ideas if it rains very frequently?

if it rains that much and that long go with copper at max. recommended dose next ( a day before the next rain ), than 5 days after it mancozeb at regular dose, and finally copper at max. dose after 5 days again.
this should cover your plants for at least 2 weeks of heavy raining, also covers for bacteria which you doubt to have there.
if rains don't appear to be so heavy the alternation should be done at 7 to 10 days intervals ( covers ''medium'' rainfalls ), and if it gets to be simply humid without significant amount of rain 12-14 days intervals should do.

Well looks like this was likely just bad septoria - all I did is spray mancozeb, and everything is fine now. Helped that the torrential rains stopped of course.
