I like -
sample seed shop trade winds fruits pepper lover jungle rain (Australia so an order takes a while to arrive) rainbow chile seeds and the sites that montanamato listed I have made mistakes on many of the above's seeds in trying to germinate the difficult to sprout/grow varieties; but I attribute that to me and not the seeds, as I have had great germination with all of the above vendors If a particular "must have" seed lists a low quantity for the price, I would order more then one pack as I have messed up and was then out of more seeds! |

And Bayou Traders Peppermania (http://www.peppermania.com/) has a great selection and high germination rates (but can be slow filling orders, depending on when you order) Tatiana

Seed Saver's Exchange public catalog also has a good selection of peppers and I've always gotten good seed from them. Here is their pepper page http://www.seedsavers.org/onlinestore/pepper/

I'll give another recommendation for Sandhill Preservation. I'd also like to encourage you and others to check out https://www.wildgardenseed.com/ for quite a few organic veggies plus some of the best peppers I've yet grown.

Unless I missed it, no one has mentioned Cross Country Nurseries yet. http://www.chileplants.com/howtoorder.aspx?section=2
They started selling seeds last year as well as plants. Since I use their Web site regularly as a reference, I felt obligated to buy a few new-to-me types that did very well for me. Plenty of hots and superhots to choose from.

Being in New England I am a fan of FEDCO. Everything they trial will mature in Maine. So, if it will mature in Maine it will mature in my location.

Sorry to revive this old thread but I had a question about peppermania. I placed an order almost two months ago and have yet to receive it, with no communication from the company about any order delays or supply problems. I read here that sometimes they are slow to fill orders, but is this amount of wait time normal for them? I'm about to email them to see if they forgot about my order.
